Principal place of residence (PPR) rates for values $130,001–$550,000: $2,870 + 5% over $130,000 up to $440,000; $18,370 + 6% over $440,000 up to $550,000.

The PPR concession only applies between $130,000 and $550,000, so above $550,000 owner-occupiers and investors pay the same (unless first home buyer relief applies).
